 Dear Students,

Attached is the announcement for the application and drawing of dorms for graduate students, please read the announcement carefully and apply accordingly. Returning students, deferring students, early admission students and students who wish to transfer into on-campus dorms from BOT dorms, please apply to this.

2015 Spring Semester Graduate Dorm Application and Draw Announcement

According to Articles 13 and 14 of the NTU Student Dormitory Management Regulations

1.     Graduate students and their parents who have lived for at least two year outside of Taipei City, New Taipei city and Keelung City, and who wish to apply for the spring semester 2015 dormitory, please apply through the website, https://housing.ntu.edu.tw/graduate, between 9am on January 5 to 5pm January 12, 2015. Late applications will not be acceptable.

2.     Draw results announcement will be posted on the Student Housing Service division page on January 13, 2pm, and will notify students via email. Success rate is at 20 percent; those who are unsuccessful in the draw will be put on the waiting list awaiting further allocation.

3.     Please refer to the online application document when applying.

4.     Waiting list numbers for fall semester 2014  will be nullified since January 9 2015.

5.     Those who wish to apply to the Prince BOT dorms, please apply through the following website http://ntudorm.prince.com.tw , log in and apply to be put on the mid semester waiting list.

6.     Boarding students currently staying in Prince BOT dorms may apply to on-campus dorms. If successful application resulting in early termination of BOT contract, students will have to pay one month deposit as penalty fee for breach of contract.

7.     Applicants who applied to both on-campus dorms and BOT dorms, please pay the BOT deposit only after the draw results are announced on January 13, 2015, in case you may not get the deposit back should you choose not to stay in BOT.

8.     For the fairness of the draw, please do not exchange draw results.

9.     For applicants unable to use the online application system, please bring the notification letter of offer of accommodation or similar documents, and a copy of your household registry (which must include you and your parents) and hand them in personally or email to the Student Housing Service Division person in-charge, Ms Lai.
